TOP
OF POLE MOUNTS
Standard
TPM mounts have heavy steel mounting sleeves, elevation
pivots and strongbacks that are painted with a durable
outdoor paint. The module rails are 6061-T6 mill-finish
structural aluminum angle. For harsh environments these
racks are available with hot-dip galvanized steel and
anodized aluminum. Stainless steel module mounting hardware
is provided. Standard top-of-poie mounts are adjustable
from 15 degrees to 65 degrees in 10-degree increments.
These racks are made to mount on standard sizes of SCH40
steel pipe.
The
number in each column designates the nominal pipe size.

SPM
mounts are available in both painted steel (PS) and
mill-finish aluminum (MA) versions, For harsh environments
anodized aluminum or a combination of hot-dip galvanized
steel, stainless steel and anodized aluminum are available.
Stainless steel module mounting hardware is provided
with all racks. For clear anodized aluminum racks add
30% to the MA prices. Stainless steel band clamps are
provided with each mount tor attachment to poles. Most
models can also be attached to flat vertical surfaces
using installer-supplied lag bolts or through'bolts.

These mounting structures
are used to mount a single solar module to a round or
square pole, or any horizontal or vertical surface.
The pitch angle of the solar module is adjustable from
0 - 90degrees. All hardware needed to mount the solar
module to the hardware is included. Used
to mount BP Solar SX-5 and SX-10 Multi-Mount or Lo-Pro
modules

MOUNTING STRUCTURES
These mounting structures
are used for mounting between 2 and 6 solar modules.
This can be used to mount solar modules to any flat
surface or a roof. Included in this kit is a set of
rails to which the solar modules are mounted, adjustable
legs, mounting feet and stainless steel assembly hardware.
Hardware to mount the kit on to a mounting surface is
not included.

ARRAY MOUNTING HARDWARE AND STRUCTURES

can custom build single or multiple array mounting hardware
for any PV module manufactured. Standard construction
consists of aluminum angle with pre-drilled holes and
stainless steel fasteners. We can build hardware and
structures from steel or fiberglass to satisfy any condition
