RJ11 jacks on both ends).

Control your SW series inverter from your PC:
The SWCA allows control and monitoring of your SW series inverter
from your PC computer. All menu settings and LED indicators
are displayed on the PC computer screen. The included PC /
DOS software allows local connection to the inverter (up to
1000 feet) using a PC computer serial port and standard phone
type cable. You can also use any terminal emulation software
(such as HYPER-TERMINAL) with any PC or MAC computer to connect
and adjust the settings instead of the using the DOS software.
Remote Modem Connection: The SWCA makes remote set-up
simple and easy for end users, dealers, distributors or anyone
familiar with SW series inverters. Know what is going on,
change menu setting and optimize system performance without
a site visit! The SWCA can even be used to do simple troubleshooting
by accessing meters and error conditions from your home or
office. This feature is great for new users and allows dealers
to guide their customers through simple set-up and adjustment
problems that would usually require on-site assistance. An
ideal service option for authorized Trace installers, distributors
and dealers.
Remote connection requires a telephone line and a PC modem
for connection to the inverter. The computer you use to call the inverter also
requires a modem and a terminal emulation program such as
HYPER-TERMINAL or similar. Suggested Modem: US Robotics external
33.6 PC modem or equivalent.
Data Logging and Site History Information: Software developed
by third party vendors will allow collection and manipulation
of the data transmitted by the SWCA from the SW Series inverter.
